Tomato Glazed Meatloaf (Frozen)

This family favourite combines gently cooked veg with premium beef mince, bound with breadcrumbs and egg.  The meatloaf can be reheated directly from frozen or can be left in your freezer if you want to stock up.

To heat the meatloaf place the tin upside down on a baking paper lined tray. Cook in a moderate oven for around 25mins and gently remove the tin (you may need to ease it out a little with a spatula). Defrost the tomato glaze and spread the home-made tomato glaze over the meatloaf (no finesse required, just spread it with the back of a spoon).  Put the meatloaf back in the oven for a further 20-25 mins until the glaze is burnished and the meatloaf is heated through.

Suitable for a low sodium version.

Ingredients: Beef mince, tomato passata, onion, carrot, celery, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper

Low sodium version contains no Worcestershire sauce or salt
