Tomato Glazed Meatloaf
This family favourite combines gently cooked veg with premium beef mince, bound with breadcrumbs and egg. Delivered to your home frozen, the meatloaf can be reheated directly from frozen or can be left in your freezer if you want to stock up.
To heat the meatloaf from frozen place the tin in a moderate oven for around 50-60mins until the glaze is burnished and the meatloaf is heated through. If you notice during cooking that you're getting too much 'burnishing', cover the tin loosely with foil to slow down the browning on the top.
