Teriyaki Chicken (Frozen)
This version, of our hands-down family favourite, uses honey, grown at our Dinner Cart site at Thomas Holt Drive, Macquarie Park. Sustainability and local produce is important to us, and it's important to our partner, AMP Capital. They are committed to finding ways to responsibly use their land, engage the community and support food production, even right in the middle of the city!
AMP Capital installed bee hives on their land in Macquarie Park. This is locally grown produce on a whole new level. And, it's delicious!
This dinner is sticky, sweet, salty... it has all the hallmarks of a good teriyaki chicken.
Every time I present this to the junior recipe testers we have around, all open jaws and munch. No questions, no cajoling, no bribing. Just unfettered dinner-time joy.
Each serve contains two chicken marylands. It comes to you ready for heating in the oven (cover with foil first). Or, stock up your freezer... you can heat it directly from frozen.
