This dinner is an adaptation of one of the most delicious recipes in a cook book by the fabulous Matthew Evans. Chicken pieces roasted in a white wine sauce together with mushrooms, leeks and sage (never would have guessed from the title, would you?)
Delivered to your home frozen, it only needs heating in your oven. Goes exceptionally well with crusty bread or a potato, any way you like, and some steamed veg.
