Jess, who is a chef in our kitchen, is the mastermind behind this curry. Cooked with chicken thigh, it is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat. And it's not so spicy that it will completely terrify younger diners.
Amongst the team here there is extreme variation in people's penchant for chilli. Even those who generally need water handy to eat any curry enjoyed the many taste tests we have done at staff lunches.
We'll deliver this curry to your home frozen, on receipt you only need to defrost and reheat the curry gently. Cook some rice, stir-fry some additional veg if you so desire, and dinner is on the table.
