In a former life I once ate fresh fish tacos on the side of the road in Mexico... But that's another story. This Dinner on the Table Mexican fiesta includes premium beef cooked with a load of different spices, vegetables and beans.

It contains not a single ingredient that you can't pronounce, nor any that begin with a number. I know you can buy a package to make this from the supermarket... but check the ingredients list. The chilli level means the kids will enjoy it too.

We'll deliver it to your home frozen: it makes a great freezer stocker for easy dinners. Great for those weeks when you marvel at your superhuman-ness regarding what you need to get through. Reheat to eat with tortillas (purchase a pack here!), crusty bread or rice. Add some salad and dinner's on the table.

 

Heating instructions

From frozen, defrost in fridge overnight or on microwave defrost function. Reheat gently until hot. Serve with tortillas or rice and salad.
