We've served various versions of this dinner to diners around the traps at events we've been asked to cater - It has always been eaten with gusto and enjoyed by all. It is time for an appearance on our weekly specials menu.
Premium, grass fed beef, marinated in yoghurt and a bunch of spices and then cooked in a sauce of roasted red capsicums, tomatoes and yet more herbs and spices.
The result is delicious. It's not overly chilli loaded so it won't frighten younger diners, or those with a delicate disposition to chilli.
We cook it fresh and deliver it to your home frozen. Cook some rice, steam some greens, reheat and serve. Enjoy.
