FAQs

How does Dinner on the Table work?

We send out a weekly “what’s for dinner next week” email.  To receive our weekly email, sign-up to our mailing list here. To see some of our previous menus, go to our Facebook page.  You can also see our current menu here.

Our meals are designed to feed your family – large or small - and most meals are offered in both sizes. A large size feeds 3-4 adults, while small sizes feed 1-2 adults.

Order by Monday 6pm each week for meals delivered the same week. Go to our delivery page for details of your delivery day. Place your order by adding products to your cart from our Menu.

Does the menu change?

Yes, the menu changes weekly.  Meals offered are seasonal, based on the best fresh produce we can find at the markets.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. We want you to be satisfied with your dinners. If you have any concerns please contact us immediately. We will happily refund your money if you are not happy with your dinners.

Can my order be delivered to my home while I'm at work?

Yes! Meals are delivered in styrofoam boxes with icepacks, and will sit happily on your doorstep for the day, if you would prefer to have your meals delivered to your home.  Please make sure you leave your box and icepack outside on the day of your next delivery, so that it can be picked up and used again.  We're sure you'll agree that the world could do with as few styrofoam boxes around as possible - so please help us minimise our use by ensuring we can re-use all our boxes.

Does Dinner on the Table offer gluten free meals?

Yes, this is offered wherever possible and is noted in the product description.  Our kitchen, however, is not gluten free, that is, products containing gluten are used in some dinners.  We also offer low sodium alternatives for most of our meals - and you can select this option when you place your order.  Low sodium meals are suitable for people who require strict low sodium diets for medical reasons (each ingredient contains 120mg sodium per 100g or less).  If you have specific dietary requirements please consult your health professional before ordering.

Do you take credit card payment for orders?
