Corporate catering
Sydney teams can rely on.
Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, canapés and dinner. All made from scratch in our Castle Hill kitchen. Delivered and set up across the Hills District, North Shore, Parramatta and Western Sydney.
Why Dinner on the Table
You know what bad corporate catering looks like. This isn't it.
Plastic-wrapped sandwiches from a service station. A fruit platter that wilted in transit. Catering that arrives looking like nobody really thought about it.
We prepare from scratch. Pastries baked fresh, salads dressed properly, hot dishes prepared by our team — not reheated from a bag. Whether you're feeding ten people at a board meeting or a hundred and fifty at a conference, the food looks the same: generous, real, and worth stopping for.
We've catered corporate events for NSW Police, Transport for NSW, World Vision, AMP Capital, eBay, TikTok and Amazon. The brief is always some version of the same thing: make us look good. Twelve years in, we haven't let anyone down.
We're also a social enterprise. Every booking contributes to a program that gifts meals each month to families living with disability. The food is excellent on its own merits; the rest is a bonus.
We regularly cater for:
- Board and executive meetings
- Working lunches and staff training days
- All-day conference and seminar catering
- Product launches and client functions
- Morning teas for milestone events and team celebrations
- Breakfast briefings and early-start sessions
- Client cocktail parties
- End-of-year events and staff appreciation days
Recent clients include
NSW Police • Transport for NSW • World Vision • AMP Capital • Amazon • eBay • TikTok
What we offer
Every meal, covered properly.
Most caterers do morning tea and lunch. We cover the whole day. And each session gets the same attention. Tell us which session you need, or book multiple sessions at once.

7:00 – 10:00 am
Breakfast
The morning meeting that starts with good food is the one that actually gets things done. Fresh, generous and easy to set up before the room fills.

9:30 – 11:30 am
Morning Tea
More than a plate of store-bought biscuits. Baked in-house, presented properly, and substantial enough that no one is looking for snacks an hour later.

11:30 am – 2:30 pm
Lunch
The most important meal of the working day, and the one most often done poorly. Our lunch menus range from grazing platters to hot dishes; the kind of food that actually satisfies.

2:30 – 5:00 pm
Afternoon Tea
The 3 pm slump is real. A proper afternoon tea does more for productivity than any amount of motivational email. Sweet, savoury, or a mix of both.

What corporate clients say.
“
We’ve been using Rachel and her team at Dinner on the table for over 5 years, month in, month out. The team always provides delicious food whatever the event from boardroom lunches to grazing boards to suit all dietary needs.

The team at Dinner On The Table is an absolute delight to work with. I had a last minute catering request for our board meeting and Rachel and her team were able to accommodate my order. Some of the feedback from our board members include: These gourmet wraps are SO GOOD! OMG LOOK AT THAT BOX OF TREATS!!!! You got us cupcakes AND brownies AND cookies????? They look SO GOOD! Tasty, delicious and fresh food, delivered on time and with a smile. I will definitely be ordering from DotT again!

Common questions
Questions about corporate catering.
Yes, always. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan and halal options are all available. We ask for dietary requirements at the quote stage and build them into the order. You don't need to arrange anything separately. If you have a guest with a complex allergy, just let us know and we'll advise on what we can safely accommodate.
Both. Drop-off means the food arrives ready to serve — we package it so it's easy to lay out without any fuss. A full set-up service means our team delivers, arranges everything on your tables and stays if you need service staff. Which option suits you will depend on your event; we'll recommend what makes most sense when we quote.
Yes. All-day conference catering is one of our most common corporate bookings. We can cover morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as a single order, which makes logistics straightforward on your end. Just include all the sessions when you enquire and we'll quote them together.
We can generally manage small corporate orders at very short notice (a day, or even within hours if you're in a pinch!) For large corporate orders, one week gives us what we need. For larger conferences or events with complex dietary requirements, two to three weeks is better. In busy periods (December, long weekends, school holidays) we fill up faster. If something has come up at short notice, get in touch anyway and we'll do everything we can to assist you.
For set up or staffed events, yes. We supply everything needed to present and serve the food: platters, serving tongs, napkins and any equipment for hot dishes. You don't need to source anything. For drop off catering we can supply recyclable plates, cutlery, cups & serviettes if needed: please ask.
We have a minimum order value that applies to most corporate bookings. The exact figure depends on what you require and your location. Include your headcount and location in your enquiry and we'll confirm straight away whether your booking meets the minimum. Small teams (under ten people) are usually best served by a drop-off order rather than a staffed setup.
Yes, we invoice directly for corporate bookings. Payment by bank transfer, company credit card or PayPal are all fine. We can provide a tax invoice for your accounts department if required. If you have specific purchase order or invoicing requirements, let us know when you enquire.
Yes. Larger events are something we do regularly, and we have the capacity to cater conferences up to 2,500 guests. These work best when we have a bit more lead time. For conferences of 100 or more, coming to us three to four weeks out lets us plan the logistics properly and ensure everything is delivered and presented exactly right. Include your expected numbers, the venue, the sessions you need catered and your preferred presentation format (i.e. a shared or individually boxed menu) when you enquire.

About Dinner on the Table
Cooking for Sydney since 2014.
We're a social enterprise based in Castle Hill. Almost everything we serve is made from scratch in our own commercial kitchen by our team of talented chefs, using real ingredients. The small number of speciality items we purchase come from trusted suppliers.
After twelve years and more corporate events than we can count, the food is consistently good. The platters and hot dishes that come out of our kitchen are the same ones we'd serve to people we know and love.
Every booking also contributes to a program that gifts meals each month to families living with disability. You can read more about that here.
