Christmas 2026 • Sydney
Christmas feast delivery,
Christmas feast delivery,
Sydney.
Christmas lunch for 6 to 8 people, cooked in our Castle Hill kitchen and delivered to your door. You warm, toss and carve. We do everything else.
Orders close 15 December. Delivery 23 and 24 December.
Christmas catering, delivered
Hosting Christmas lunch should not need a degree in oven logistics.
Anyone who has tried to get a turkey, a pork roll, three kinds of vegetables and a gravy onto the table at the same moment knows how the morning goes. You spend it in the kitchen, red in the face, while everyone else is on the verandah with a drink.
So we cook it for you. Our Christmas feasts are made from scratch in our Castle Hill kitchen and delivered across Sydney on 23 and 24 December, ready to warm, toss, dress and put on the table. Every feast comes with full instructions, and the heating guide below walks you through it step by step.
Each feast feeds 6 to 8 adults. You choose your entrée, your two mains, and (for the three course feast) your dessert. There is also a free box of our Christmas truffles in every order.
We are a social enterprise, so every feast you order also helps us cook meals for families living with disability. You can read more about our impact here.

Heating guide
How to heat your Christmas feast.
Most of the work is a pot of barely simmering water and an oven set to 200C. Tap a question to open it.
Leave the pork sealed in its bag and put the bag in a pan of barely simmering water for about 45 minutes. Take it out of the bag and put it in a 200C oven for 15 to 20 minutes to crisp the crackling. Rest it for 10 to 15 minutes before carving. Serve with the apple and sage sauce.
Treat it like the pork. Leave it in its vacuum bag in barely simmering water for about 45 minutes, then take it out of the bag and put it in a 200C oven for 5 to 10 minutes to crisp the skin. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving. Warm the gravy in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through.
Same method: sealed bag, barely simmering water, about 45 minutes. The beef is slow cooked, so it does not need the oven afterwards unless you would like a slightly crisper outside. Rest it for 10 to 15 minutes before carving, and warm the gravy until heated through. Serve with the horseradish cream.
Nothing hot. Take it out of its packaging, put it on a flat tray or platter and dress it with the chimichurri. If you would rather, leave the chimichurri on the side so guests can dress their own.
The rosemary roast potatoes only need crisping: spread them on a baking tray and bake at 200C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Warm the dinner rolls for 5 to 7 minutes in a 185C oven and serve them with the herb butter. Warm the honey Dutch carrots for a couple of minutes in the oven, or serve them at room temperature. Dress the salads to taste just before serving.
Both are ready to serve. Put the entrée grazing box straight on the table, or arrange it on your own platter. Keep the dessert in the fridge until just before you sit down to eat it.
Timing plan
Serving Christmas lunch at 12.30pm.
Work backwards from this plan and shift the times to suit your own day. If you did not choose one of the proteins, skip that step.
| Time | What to do |
|---|---|
| 10.30am | Take the pork, turkey and beef out of the fridge. Preheat the oven to 185C, warm the dinner rolls for 5 to 7 minutes, then set them aside and raise the oven to 200C. |
| 11.00am | Bring two pots of barely simmering water up to heat (or one very large pot that holds both proteins). |
| 11.05am | Put the pork in its sealed bag into one pot, and the turkey or beef into the other. |
| 11.30am | Take the salmon out of the fridge to come to room temperature. |
| 11.50am | Take the pork out of the pot and bag, and put it on a tray in the oven. Put the gravy in the hot water to warm. Take the turkey or beef out of its bag. |
| 12 noon | Put the turkey tray in the oven. Put the beef on a serving dish and cover it with foil to rest. |
| 12.10pm | Take the pork and turkey out, cover with foil and rest. Put the potatoes in the oven. |
| 12.20pm | Dress the salads and the salmon. Take the potatoes out and cover them with foil. If the gravy is not warm yet, microwave it now. |
| 12.25pm | Call the family to the table, if they are not already hovering around the kitchen. |
| 12.30pm | Move everything to the table and carve. |
Allergens and dietary needs
What is in the feast, and what we can and cannot change.

If anyone at your table has a serious allergy, contact us before you order and we will talk it through with you.

Yes. We have been catering Sydney workplaces since 2014. See our corporate catering and grazing boards and canapé catering pages, or send us an enquiry through our event catering page. December fills up fast, so ask early.
You can order a feast and have it delivered to someone else in Sydney, or give them a Dinner on the Table gift card so they can choose their own dinner. Either way, it is the gift of not cooking.
