Singapore Noodles


Noodle-y type dinners fit a multitude of occasions. If I'm honest, I wanted one on the menu mostly because we love to eat them.  This dinner has been served in tupperware containers to young recipe testers on the side of soccer fields... it passes the quick, delicious, go-anywhere dinner test!

This dinner will come as two packages: pork mince cooked with Asian spices (mild chilli) and vegetables in the first, along with dressing to add; rice noodles for you to soak in the second.

The quickest way to reheat and serve this is to thaw the stir fry package, then throw the meat into a hot frypan for a minute or two. Cook noodles as per package instructions and throw them into the frypan. Heat for another minute or so, pour over the dressing and serve.

Ingredients: Pork mince, rice noodles, cabbage, carrot, peas, mushrooms, eggs, soy sauce (GF), peanuts, garlic, ginger, olive oil, lime juice, spring onion, sweet chilli sauce, curry powder, Chinese five-spice.
