Tuna Pasta Bake (Frozen)

Ok, I'll admit it. This isn't a recipe I found. It's a recipe the senior recipe tester discovered. In fact, it's become his go-to dinner, on the nights that he cooks (which I also have to admit were pretty frequent during endless lockdowns!) And the junior recipe testers always get excited when this is on the dinner table. In fact, we all get excited about it: it's delicious.

One of my oldest and dearest friends cooks pasta bakes by the dozen for family and friends in crisis. And because of this, pasta bake always makes me think of warmth and comfort and that I am loved. And don't we all need a little more of that in our lives? So we want to cook for you a dinner that people I love cook for me.

Tuna, vegetables, pasta, in a cheesy sauce. There's not much not to love in my opinion. This will come to you in a tray ready for your oven.

Heat. Serve. We have eaten this as is, given that it has veg in it. For extra variety, steam some greens, or toss a salad to go alongside.
