My ultimate Christmas day is to visit both sides of our family in time to eat pudding twice. And this is the pudding I want to eat. Actually, this is the pudding I do eat. It's the pudding my grandmother cooked, my mum cooks and now I cook. I've tweaked the recipe a little, and I'm excited to share it with you.

The large pudding is 1kg and will feed a large crowd of around 8 adults.
