Our Asian inspired chicken balls are baked, rather than fried, and brushed and sprinkled with hoisin and sesame (I'll leave it to you to work out which is which).

Delivered to your home frozen, they make an excellent snack dipped in any number of Asian sauces you can think of, or warmed and piled on top of salad. I have also served them to juniors alongside steamed veg of various persuasions.

Importantly, in my stage of life, Sesame Chicken Balls also pass the eat-dinner-from-a-box-on-the-side-of-your-sibling's-sporting-field test, and can be managed in the back seat of a car. Please note that the back seat fares far better when the diner is supportively bucketed by a car seat.
