We've served various versions of this dinner to diners around the traps at events we've been asked to cater - It has always been eaten with gusto and enjoyed by all. It is time for an appearance on our weekly menu.
Premium, grass fed lamb, marinated in yoghurt and a bunch of spices and then cooked in a sauce of roasted red capsicums, tomatoes and yet more herbs and spices. Delivered to your home frozen, it only needs defrosting and reheating.
The result is delicious. It's not overly chilli loaded so it won't frighten younger diners, or those with a delicate disposition to chilli.
Cook some rice, steam some greens, reheat and serve. Enjoy.
