Kofta Meatballs in Tomato Charmoula Sauce (Frozen)


These meatballs are based on a recipe from Rochelle, who works with us in the kitchen from time to time. They are full of good things, completely delicious and make a fabulous alternative to our regular meatballs. We've eaten Rochelle's meatballs and know how good they are, so now we are cooking them for you.

Flavoured with the delicious spices of Northern Africa, they won't frighten younger diners, but won't make you feel like you're eating, er, how shall we put this, 'kiddie dinner'?

These meatballs are handrolled from premium beef and lamb mince, seared on the hotplate and then simmered in a rich, tomato sauce.

May contain traces of gluten.
