Individual Chicken and Leek Filo Pies
This is the Chicken & Leek Pie you know and love in mini. And there are a number of reasons this pie is so popular. They are rustic, & made-from-scratch: buttery slow cooked leeks, chunks of chicken breast in a delicious, creamy sauce.
These individual pies are wrapped in filo, brushed with olive oil and ready for your oven.
Delivered to your home frozen, these pies cook beautifully straight from the freezer. Put them directly into your moderately hot oven for around 30-45mins. Or you can defrost it in the fridge overnight and cook them in around 20mins. Either way, you end up with a delicious pie, just as if you had made it yourself.
