Pumpkin, Ricotta and Sage Cannelloni (Frozen)
The sage is growing rampant in my veggie bed (and here is a picture of it). Next week it's going in your dinner. Together with roasted pumpkin, onion, ricotta and a little feta it is piped into cannelloni tubes and topped with homemade béchamel sauce.
This vegetarian dinner comes to you ready for approximately 45 minutes in your oven... and you'll have dinner on the table.
Feeds 1-2 adults.
